DCA Services and Concretio Integrate Solutions for Matrix Telecom
(Naperville, IL August 25, 2008) Concretio and DCA Services went live Aug. 4 with the integration of their respective provisioning and billing solutions for Matrix Telecom. The integration provides a real-time interface that gives users instant order status updates from Matrix’s carriers and trading partners.

Russell Clarkson, CIO, Matrix Telecom, said, “One of our desires to work with DCA and Concretio was to reduce provisioning and order processing intervals and allow for immediate updates between the solutions.” Russell went on to say, “Our first goal of having the billing system being updated from provisioning has been achieved and we look forward to further efficiencies and speed from our vendors.”
