DCA Services Expands Print and Mail Capabilities,
Adds Offset Printing and Advanced Inserting to Service Offerings
OKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 13, 2005) — DCA
Services, Inc., announced today that it has added offset press services
to its current print and mail capabilities, giving clients a “one-stop-shop”
for their entire printing and mailing needs. DCA has also upgraded its
inserting capabilities.
DCA currently offers its clients in-house variable image printing for
their invoices as well as inserting capabilities and postal bar coding.
“The addition of offset printing means that clients can order
their color remit pages, letterhead and envelopes from a single source,
assuring them of higher quality control and decreasing wait time for
their materials,” said Daniel Escudero,
DCA chief technology officer.
The elimination of a third-party vendor will also allow DCA to offer
its clients a lower cost for printed materials and assure better oversight
for the client.
In addition to offset printing, DCA has purchased a Pitney Bowes FlowMaster
12000 inserter, which will allow DCA to insert a wider range of insert
sizes and materials, including CDs and small give-away items.
“Our expanded print and mail shop will offer our clients the utmost
in customer service,” Escudero said. “We assure clients
of short wait times for quotes, fast turnaround on orders, oversight
of the entire printing process, on-time delivery and the best quality
materials.”
In order to offer offset press services, DCA added both a flat sheet
and envelop press as well as paper cutters, a plate burner and supplies
needed to fully stock an offset press facility. DCA will keep paper
stock on hand to meet clients’ printing needs.
“In addition to printing letterhead and materials for invoicing,
we’ll offer clients printing of any marketing collateral they
have, giving them further pricing advantages,” Escudero said.
DCA plans to offer printing and inserting services to other industries
and companies needing low-cost, high quality printed materials and advanced
inserting capabilities.
